CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another available date.

Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid if no other booking is received from another party for that time.

Cancellation due to a Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating(FDI 100+, meaning that for your and our survival, leaving is the best option):If your stay has to be canceled due to a CFS "Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating" in the local area, we will offer you alternative available dates within twelve months.If you prefer we will refund your money.
